We are recruiting
We are looking for system and network administrator profiles for our agencies.
You will provide level-1 and level-2 support to our clients’ users, as well as supervision and administration of their infrastructure.
Your duties:
- Supervise the infrastructure and manage incidents,
- Recommend improvements,
- Analyze servers and network load by forecasting resource capacity,
- Proactively detect when systems exceed capacity limits,
- Develop and monitor operational documents,
- Resolve users’ office problems,
- You will be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and a sense of service,
- You are autonomous,
- You will be able to contribute proactively to technical and functional developments.
Your profile:
- You have a higher education degree in computer science, and ideally you have prior experience in a similar position. You are knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Practical skills in classic Microsoft solutions (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, etc.).
- Mastery of TCP/IP and standard configuration of active equipment (routers, firewalls, etc.)
- VMware ESX, vCenter
